Sponsors

Put your name on the event.

Sponsors make Christmas for All happen. In return, your business is seen and heard by the whole community: on the radio beforehand, on banners and the stage across both days, and in everything we share afterwards.

Why sponsor

Two days in front of the whole community.

Day one brings children and their families, including children with disabilities. Day two brings seniors and adults from every background, veterans included. Few moments in an Alaskan year put a business in front of its whole community like this.

BrandCraft runs the campaign as well as the event, so a sponsorship is not just a logo on a banner. Every sponsor gets:

  • RadioSpots and jingle mentions in the run-up to the event
  • BannersYour name at the venue, from the stage to the market
  • Stage timeSpeak, or send a representative, at the tree lighting
  • A boothMeet families and seniors face to face, on both days
  • MarketingLogo on every invitation, poster, social post and press piece
  • The thank-youNamed in everything we share after the event

How much of each depends on the level. Every level can be shaped to fit.

Before you sponsor

The questions we would ask too, answered straight.

Before you put your name next to ours: the short answers. Ask us for the long ones.

How do I know the event will happen?

You see the plan, the run-of-show and the vendors as each is confirmed. Dates and venue are announced the moment they are signed, sponsors first. If the event does not take place, your sponsorship is refunded in full.

Where does the money go?

Into the event: venue, stage and lights, Santa's cabin, the market, the games, the gifts, and the radio campaign. After the event, every sponsor gets a summary of what came in and where it went.

Will anyone actually see my business?

Radio before the event. A booth on both days. The stage at the tree lighting. Your logo on every invitation, poster, post and press piece. You see the campaign plan before you sign.

Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?

No. BrandCraft is a company, not a charity. A sponsorship is a marketing purchase, invoiced like any other advertising.

How much of my time will this take?

Sign, send your logo, tell us who is coming to the booth. We handle the rest.

Who is behind this?

BrandCraft, an event planning company in Anchorage, Alaska. Glad to meet in person and walk you through the plan: [email protected].
